I am a first-year PhD student at USC, where I am advised by Robin Jia and Xiang Ren. I work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) with the USC NLP Group.

Previously, I did my undergraduate at UC Berkeley. There I worked in the Natural Language Processing group under Dan Klein and collaborated closely with Eric Wallace.

I was a long-time Head TA (and in Su21 was a lecturer!) for CS 61A at UC Berkeley. 61A is the largest CS course at Berkeley, with over 3000 students a year enrolled. You can see all my past teaching ratings here. I would love to chat and share resources with anyone who’s just getting started in teaching!
